As we approach the precise moment-plus-40-years when Jimi Hendrix began performing his legendary set at Woodstock, I'd like to reflect on four lines from his opening song, "Message to Love" ... and marvel at the prescience with which he anticipated the Strengths-Based Development movement:
Find yourself first
And then your talent
Work hard in your mind
So you can come alive
